Charge 4 is not showing phone calls or texts but says it's synced on Fitbit app.

Charge 4 is not showing phone calls or texts. It says it is synced in app on phone. It Also will not change back to current time zone after being on vacation. Tried resetting it. Tried resyncing  it. Frustrated 😠 😡!

Thanks for sharing all your feedback about the issue you're experiencing with your Charge 4. I'm sorry to see that you're still having trouble with this. 

Before considering other options, make sure to follow all the steps listed here to resolve problems with notifications. This has been useful for other users experiencing the same problem. 

In addition to the steps mentioned earlier, make sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed and to check all the compatibility requirements here. Keep in mind that you won’t see notifications on your Fitbit device if you turned on the Do Not disturb Icon or Sleep Mode. 

Regarding the problem with the time zone, please try the following: 

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab then > your profile picture then > App Settings > then Time Zone.
  2. Turn off the Set Automatically option.
  3. Tap Time Zone and choose the correct time zone.
  4. Sync your Fitbit device.
