Charge 4 is not tracking my sleep data accurately

I have had issues with my sleep log with my charge 4 since I purchased it and Fitbit customer support is not very helpful in trying to resolve this issue. Has anyone else has the same issue with the charge 4?

I'm sorry to now that the issue hasn't solved yet. I'd invite you to contact Support one more time, since you already got in touch with them regarding this situation.
