Charge 4 is not tracking my sleep score

No sleep score for a week … has worked well until now… no change in sleep position or wearing tracker overnight. Any solutions ? Thanks

Hi

yrs contacted support two or three times but still no conclusion… very disappointed with charge 4 as nothing again as stated works to get sleep scores again
