Charge 4 is not tracking my steps

Hi my charge 4 has suddenly this week stopped counting my steps.  I've tried rebooting it about 4 times the app is working but not the watch .It showing exercises , sleep , heart rate , but only counts a fee steps then stops ?

Hi there, @Lisamarson. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 4 before reaching out. 

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

As per the moderator, a simple reboot could help users fix the Fitbit Charge 3 blank screen issue. “If you are seeing a blank screen but Charge 3 is vibrating, or the screen only turns on when on the charger, please restart your Charge 3,” the moderator says
