Charge 4 is tracking my floors inaccurately

Over the past couple weeks I’ve noticed my floor count going crazy. Yesterday was a pretty low key day, 3,000 steps. And I registered 45 floors? Today I’ve gone about 9,600 steps and registered 75 floors. I understand that the trackers use altimeters to measure floor count. Instead of math -12, 13 steps = 1 floor. Either way, the count for me, couldn’t be more absurd. Rep recommended I reset my device. I did. No difference. Software glitch??
