My resting heart rate has been lower than usual for the past few days. I do not know why, I have not been as active as prior months. What would cause this? It’s been 60 for the past 4 days. I’m 44F

Hi there, @DogCalledSpud. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the resting heart rate on your Charge 4 has been lower than usual. I understand where your concern is coming from, I'll do my best to help you with this.
Please note that several factors can affect resting heart rate: stress, alcohol or caffeine intake, or fever usually raise resting heart rate, while regular exercise or meditation can lower it. Air temperature and certain medications can also affect resting heart rate. For more information, see How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device?
