I've been using my Charge 4 with a Fitbit.com user ID for several years with no problem (after the initial setup problems were sorted out. I recently accidentally kicked off the "switch to Google login". I removed the Google account and got back to my old Fitbit.com login, but now the stair count (number of flights) is way off. I exceeded my daily goal of 10 flights by 460%, which is wildly inaccurate. How can I fix this? Other related topic answers blame high humidity, driving a car, or looking at it the wrong way.
Is there any way to calibrate the altimeter in the device, or correct this error? If not, it should be looked at.
For what it's worth, I shuddered when I read that Google had acquired Fitbit.
