For some reason, my Charge 4 is not showing the latest sleep data in the app. It's still showing week 20 - 25 December even though the dashboard online is showing the correct data. Syncing does not help.

Mine isn't showing Sp02 now. There's always something. It's showing a different amount of time slept to when you show the weekly data.

I called about this problem and they told me to put it back on the charger and hold the button down until the 🙂 came on. And then check that night to see if it worked. It worked the first night but then did the same thing after that.
