Skin temp on health metrics stopped working 3 days ago.  Anyone else.

I'm glad to announce that this issue has been resolved and you should start getting your skin temperature data correctly. If you haven't done so, please make sure to sync your Charge 4 with the Fitbit app to update your details. I appreciate your feedback and patience, and we'll keep working to make Fitbit more useful for you.

If you have a different question, I'd encourage to start a new thread and share as many details as you can to receive help from the Community.

Yep, same for me, no other observed issues/anomalies or actions on my part to cause the stoppage

Mine stopped reporting temp last week, and now it has suddenly stopped reporting resting HR, too. My HR is *still visible on my watch,* but the overnight HR isn't being reported on the app.

Today, Saturday,  my missing Temp data has shown back up, all except for the first missing day on Tues.  Again no other apparent issues or actions by me, and app supposedly has been up to date and unchanged the whole time

Mine started working again too.  All I did was reboot and also turned heartbeat off for 10 seconds in settings before I turned it back on.  Don’t know if that meant anything to the temperature tracking but it is back.

Mine started working and I did nothing.  I believe that posting on this forum and bringing it to fitbit's attention solved the problem/

Mine too is now working OK apart from Friday’s Skin Temperature is missing. I didn’t try to do anything, the missing values just appeared
