Hi,
When I use my charge 4 to track my runs the excercise does sync in the app but the map keeps on loading. Sometimes it appears but then it dissapears together with all of the related data of course.. then when I click on energy I get the message 'not enough data available' which is strange because my heart rate has been tracked.
Everything worked perfectly until last week.
I have deleted and reinstalled the app and restarted my phone. I have a Samsung s10.
