Charge 4 keeps popping off from strap

I've tried with the original strap and with two purchased off Amazon. Keeps popping off regardless of putting it tighter or loosening the straps. Cleaned and tried everything and it won't seem to stay on. In particular when lifting weights which is when I need it the most.

Have you seen these: https://www.amazon.com/GOSETH-Compatible-Breathable-Shatter-Resistant-Protective/dp/B07HN4M9LJ?th=1. You can just slide in the Charge 4 watch part into the Silicone Strap with a shatter-resistant protective frame. That way it does away with the traditional bands that your having trouble with just for working out and put your regular bands back on afterwards. It can easily just be thrown into your gym bag until your next workout session at the gym. Comes in five different colors.

I just bought one Fitbit Charge 4. Second hand. I tried changing the band to a bigger size and it did the same. Looked at the tabs where it clicks in and they looked fine. Put it in slightly angled down and pushed a little harder while straightening it. Click then not a problem, stays in well. Good luck.
