Charge 4 keeps vibrating after answering the call

Vibrates my Fitbit 4 with "Active Call" every minute. How can I turn this annoyance off? Just all of a sudden it started. Eating up my battery for sure.  I did hit CLEAR once on Fitbit to see if it stopped but it came back a minute later.  Any help appreciated. Anyone else?

Hi there, @SusieQute. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 4 keeps vibrating after answering the call. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

Since this issue is related to the call notifications I'd recommend to try the following:

  1. On the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon >  Charge 4 > Notifications and turn off call notifications.
  2. Restart your Fitbit device and reboot your phone.
  3. Turn back on the notifications on your Charge 4 and the Fitbit app.
  4. Try receiving a call notification one more time.
