My charge4 suddenly started to lose battery within a couple.of houes after charging. Have tried update, reset, reboot change connection settings etc suggested in Community but still same problem. How do I fix this?

Just started happening to mine too after about 4 years, so far no solutions. Not hearing good things either:(

Waste of time trying to get support, trash company and trash products. They're only built to work properly for around a year till the warranty expires then fitbit won't replace them. Cut your losses, throw it in the bin and go with a different company and make sure you warn others to stay away at all costs.
