Charge 4, losing GPS, losing exercises, unresponsive when sweating, list goes on

I've had my Fitbit Charge 4 for about 4 months, and I wouldn't give it more than a 2. Why this usually gets a 4/5 rating is beyond me. 

To start with a few positives;

• App works quite well and is intuitive
• Sleep tracking is very nice
• Activity tracking is nice during the day
• Form factor and looks
• Battery life; this is very good

But as a sporter, I run 3 times a week so I bought if for exercise too, what it promised it could. For many things I can only think "this is complete false advertisement" and i'm very unhappy with;

• GPS tracking, with every setting tried WITHOUT a phone, what a load of *)%$)($). Doesn't work, fails 95% of my runs (5km or above), and doesn't "search" for it again (how can it track me first half, loose signal in open area's and sometimes simply QUIT my exercise, wtf?)
• Manually started exercises, like stated above simply fails out of the blue for no reason like 25% of the time. Very annoying to actually get good insights in my training.
• When exercising, and switching screens to see heartrate/pace/whatever, the screen simply turns off. I'm actively engaging the device, why? This should be basic programming.
• That is; if it even responds; when sweating heavily or during a long workout the screen stops responding?
• Fitbit Pay; I wanted to pay with my smartwatch. My bank (Rabobank, Maestro) should be supported. Following the tutorial to set it up; it fails. Without any error handling that I can actually use to know what the problem is. 
• Spotify... I Guess this is the only one I should have read better. Connect and control, yeah okay with another device in the neighbourhood.

I would seriously want my money back for this false advertised product, or get a coupon IF FitBit can actually guarantee the the Sense or Versa 3 CAN do these things.

Otherwise, i guess this reddit page  sums it up and I will switch to Garmin.
