Can anyone from Fitbit help me to figure out why my charge 4 battery is all of a sudden draining very quickly. I had been very happy with this product and past products, but am reluctant to buy another fitbit product if this is a problem. My product is under 12 months old

I would contact support, your device has a problem linked to the device software, not all have it. Id send mine back if it was less than a month old
Part of the problem is Google won’t officially recognise this as a major issue.
