My Charge4 is not useable because FitBit used cheap flimsy plastic pieces to attach the device tracker to the band. The plastic pieces break off the device tracker and FitBit has no repair for the device tracker which now cannot attach to any band. Been using FitBit since they first came out, but never again. FitBit made a poor design and they should do something for their faithful customers. Saying sorry you are out of warranty is unacceptable when FitBit created this problem by using flimsy plastic pieces that breakoff when FitBit could have used something stronger that would not break. The device tracker should stay together! So unhappy with FitBit . . .

Yes…..same happened here!
I’ve been a Fitbit customer since 2013 - and customer service tells me it’s out of warranty, so tough luck. It’s a known issue, but one they don’t want to take responsibility for.

Fitbit has lost me as a customer. They take no responsibility for their faulty design . . . they offered me a discount if I buy another FitBit. I'll be buying from a different company after being with FitBit since their beginning.

Customer service is awful…..after contacting on Twitter…..and them telling to to go to chat.
I told chat my concerns and got no real response and they disabled me from being able to type more…..they answered an issue - but NOT the issue I have.
Awful customer service.
