Charge 4 no display anf stuck at 45% battery at app

Help me please. After swimming for a couple of minutes. I found my fitbit charge 4 no display and stuck at 45% baterry upon checking on app and wont get fully charge when charging. Help please. Tried some.stuff found here, like reseting the phone and unpair the device. Still no change.
