Charge 4 no longer calculates resting heart rate on Apple iOS 16.5

Recently my Fitbit App on my iPhone with recently updated iOS 16.5 stopped calculating resting heart rate. I’ve restarted my iPhone several times without success. As seen from the screenshots my Charge 4 provides the heart rate data but for some reason it’s not calculating resting HR.
