Charge 4 no longer pairs with an Android

I have a charge 4 that is about 2 years old and now will no longer pair with an android phone, an rca viking pro tablet nor an iPad. Fitbit support has been about useless, so now I have a piece of junk that seems to be unusable. Time for a new unit - but not a fitbit, would not recommend getting one.
