@Flameglider Nice to see you here. Thank you for your message and efforts
Could you please describe what settings have you verified? Don't disturb and sleep mode?
Does the tracker vibrate with the silent alarms?
Did the Charge 4 vibrate when restarting it?
See you around.

Yes watch vibrates when alarm goes off and when restart. All notifications are on as both apple and John Lewis have checked both my phone and app

I have exactly the same problem, no vibrations to remind me to move. Maybe someone could confirm what the settings should all be? I've also rebooted, removed and reinstalled the app, all to no avail.

I thought I was the only one with notification issues!
It's been almost a year since I got my charge 4 and they only ever worked with no issues at the beginning of that time.
After some point, they just stopped. My favorites were the call notifications - I could easily see I had an incoming call even when my phone wasn't closeby. But they just stopped. I'll get the occasional notification from Facebook or Google, but it's like, one every other week at random intervals.
I tried reinstalling the app on the phone. I tried the instructions they had in an article (like, resync the FitBit via BT etc.) DNS or Sleep mode on the fitbit aren't on...
What's weird is that there is this error message when you try to toggle on/off different notifications.
I've - no joke - restarted my phone at least 100 times since when this first started happening. After restarting my phone 3 times in a row when it first happened and it didn't do anything, I just gave up. Since then, a 100 restarts later, the message is still persistent and notifications are not working properly.
That and the crappy quality of the bands that just broke are making me sad I spent all this money to get a Charge 4. I could have stayed with my old trusty 3...

I have the same issues after updating last- have tried the following suggestions above. When I rebooted the Fitbit, it did not vibrate, and it did not give me a smiley face. I still receive no notifications from my phone or text messages. Very very frustrated and expect a new fix, needs to come out!
