I just returned from a trip to France. Now, my Charge 4 no longer receives text and phone notifications from my iPhone. I’ve made sure all software is up to date. I’ve rebooted the watch and played with turning Bluetooth on and off. Steps etc still sync and I can see text messages on the watch but it no longer vibrates to let me know that a text or call is coming in. Suggestions?
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Hi @PKG71. Welcome to the community forums.
Thank you for taking the time to share the details about this difficulty with your Charge 4.
Before considering other options, make sure to follow all the steps listed here to resolve problems with notifications. This has been useful for other users experiencing the same problem.
In addition to the steps mentioned earlier, make sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed and to check all the compatibility requirements here. Keep in mind that you won’t see notifications on your Fitbit device if you turned on the Do Not disturb Icon or Sleep Mode.
Beside that, make sure that you have paired just the tracker to the Fitbit app. Please go to the upper left corner icon, scroll down and confirm that If by any case you have paired any other device like your phone, click on the three dots and upair it from the Fitbit app.
