Charge 4 - no sleep scores or health metrics

Last Monday, 02/13/23, I stopped getting sleep scores and health metrics on my app from my tracker.  I have been in contact with Fitbit support twice since then and the problem has still not been resolved.  I’ve been using a Fitbit for many years, so I know how to use it properly.  I have rebooted the Charge 4, I have factory reset the Charge 4, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I have cleaned all the contacts on the Charge 4 - nothing has worked.  Yesterday - for one day - the stats worked again, so I thought someone at Fitbit had finally fixed the problem but today it’s “broken” again - no sleep score, no stages of sleep, no stress management score, no breathing rate, no heart rate variability.  I don’t know what’s going on but I really wish someone would fix this problem.

Hi, @Orca123 , some of those metrics are Premium features.  Have you checked that your Premium subscription is up to date?

Hi Julia…..I have always had access to these metrics on my regular account (not Premium).  I am trying to figure out why they are suddenly not available as of last Monday.  Did Fitbit change something?

I have always had a non-premium account and have always had access to these metrics until last Monday

I don’t think anything has changed.  Could you have had a free trial that expired? I am pretty sure that Heartrate Variability and breathing rate are premium features.  It is a little frustrating that it is so difficult to workout what is premium and what isn’t…

Sleep score is definitely not premium, so you should have that.

Hi, @Orca123 does your Fitbit seem to be consistently detecting your heartrate overnight?  Are the green lights on the back of your Fitbit flashing as normal?

Sleep data and hourly step notifications and counts suddenly stopped syncing to the app on Monday. Reported issues to support, did all the things I already did as support suggested, and still no hourly seep data or sleep data.

This along with the removal of challenges and my third broken band clip are reasons I’ll be scrapping the Fitbit.

Hi Orca,

I had the same problem, except that the sleep and SpO2 were recorded on the phone. The sleep info, heart info, and health metrics are still available in the app, but you need to re-add them by hitting "edit" on the app face and selecting them
