Charge 4 not accurately tracking distances

Been using new charge 4 for about 2 weeks. 2 days ago it tracked my walk on the map but the distance, which should be 1.45 km comes up as 0.13km!! I checked for updates, all updated. I rebooted fitbit, but still screwed up total distance. 

Any suggestions on how to fix before I return it?

@SunsetRunner , Nice to see you here. Thank you for your message and your information. 

Just to confirm, do you have MobileTrack active on you Fitbit app?

Please tap on your profile picture, you should see only the Charge 4 listed. 

If you see MobileTrack please tap on it and turn it of or eliminate it. 

Try to record your distance again. 

Also I'd recommend you to set your stride length manually. Can I change my stride length in my Fitbit account?..

Thanks for your quick response! The MobileTrack was somehow on, not sure how but now that it is off, hopefully it will properly track my distance for my morning walk. I will let you know🤞🤞
