Charge 4 not connecting to phone

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I had my fitbit connected to my phone. There were problems syncing the fitbit so my daughter tried sorting it out. In the end she uninstall the app and then reinstalled the app. Since then my phone won't connect to my charge 4. My phone is Huawei P smart 2019. I've tried turning Bluetooth on and off. Restarting the fitbit but nothing seems to be working. Please help?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Lenrutter.

Thank you for informing us about the syncing issues you experienced with your Fitbit Charge 4 and for the troubleshooting steps you’ve performed.

To set up and use your Fitbit products and services, you must install the Fitbit app on a compatible device running one of the following operating systems:

  • Apple iOS 14 and higher
  • Android 10 or higher

For more information about compatibility, please visit this article.

If your Huawei P smart 2019 is Android 10 or higher, please follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve syncing issues.

In addition, you can set up your Charge 4 as a replacement device:

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1656026727277.png, and tap your profile picture.
