I have had my charge 4 for almost a year and just starting this week it will not hold a charge for more then a day.
Yesterday I charged it thinking maybe it wasn’t fully charged when I put it on in the morning. It charged all day and just before bed I checked it. It was 100% charged so I put it on and went to bed. The watch was in “sleep” mode all night but still this morning it’s was at 56% and after wearing it for a few hours it’s at 30%.
is there a battery that can be replaced??

Mine did the same!!! Have it for just over one year. Out of the sudden it’s not holding the charge, only lasting a couple hours…
it was holding for days before!
Very frustrating! Support not helpful only sending a rebate for a new one… I will not buy a new one knowing that it will do the same in a year!
Will go with Apple!

Amazon says that it is compatible with the Fitbit Charge 3. Does it really work with the Fitbit Charge 4?

YES! so dissapointing. I just contacted them twice (fitbit customer service) and was basically told 'tough luck" nothing they can / willing to do. Went from Charge 3 to CHarge 4 for the GPS, have had it for almost a year and have not changed way I use it. Use to charge once - twice a week but now within three hours of being fully charged battery dies. Was told to sync more often so they have record of it and they can see 100% then just driving into work battery dead three hours later. Looks like with all these comments something is going on and they would want to fix it. I am still under warrenty until july.
Guess I'm done with Fitbit moving on to Garmin.

Same issue
charge 4 replacement unit which I have had for 2 months
last week started to lose charge a lot every day
where I charged it every few days previously it’s now needing at least one full charge daily
not an issue I had with my last fit bit and I have a charge 3 which is charging fine on both charge units so not an issue with the charging docks
i have been told to remove all items that are likely to drain the battery by visiting the Fitbit help link provided
unfortunately I have followed the link but still unsure where I would find this info (not sure what needs removing as I only use it for the already built in features)
