Hi, my wife is having issues with her charge 4. The strap has broken and it’s not holding a charge. This is the second time she’s had issues with it not holding a charge and was replaced less that 12 months ago.

In your case, please give our team a call or chat with them. 

Please let them know about the account paired to the Charge 4 to avoid confusions, should you have yourself another Charge 4.
