Charge 4 not pairing with phone

Any advice on how to get my iPhone to pair with my Charge 4? 
I couldn’t get my phone and Fitbit to sync so I unpaired the 2 devices, rebooted the Fitbit, turned phone on and off. Now my iPhone can find the Fitbit, I type the code in and then nothing but the loading symbol - was left for 30mins without any change.

Thank you for sharing the details about the situation with your Charge 4. 

Did you make sure to turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby? If by any chance you still have a previous phone, forget your tracker from the Bluetooth settings.

Additionally, give a try to the following:

1. Forget your Charge 4 from your iPhone.
2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
3. Restart your tracker.
4. Open the Fitbit app, tap the upper right (device and phone icon) > Set Up a Device.
5. Select your Charge 4, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.

Did not work. No smiley face icon when changing, green light does flash however. Suspect battery life expired

Hi Mariah, mine has now connected. I basically left it on the loading icon as I went to bed, when I got up in the morning it was working 🤷🏼‍:female_sign:.
