My Charge 4 stopped recording sleep details last weekend. It shows the time slept and awake time but not the details. I’ve looked at all the posts on here but can’t find a solution. Can anyone suggest anything please?

I too have the same issue. I contacted support and they are "working on the issue". They have been working on this for a week. I suggest you get on the Chat Support and initialize a case number.

Same here. Started a couple of weeks ago for me and was initially intermittent but I haven't received sleep details/sleep score for any night over the past six nights. I was just about to create a new post but came across this. I'm almost at my wit's end with the problems I've had with Fitbit products. If this isn't resolved quickly I'm going to go a different path and become a permanent former customer. You'd think they would have have fewer problems with their products after doing this for so many years!

My charge 4 also stopped recording sleep score on the 12-09-2021 it was new on the 02-01-2021. The SPO2 score also stopped on that date. The charge 4 was bought for me by my children due to me having cancer and needed to be fitter for an operation on the 11-10-2021. Support have been good and sent me in all 3 refurbished charge 4’s none that have recorded sleep score or SPO2 % . I have sleep apnea medical ventilator which also shows that I have a longer sleep than the charge 4 shows.
I use to have an alter? HR that worked well until I fell off my bike and broke it.

The issue seems to have been resolved as I've had sleep details and scores for the past week. Would be nice if Fitbit provided its customer base with the story around what occurred, what was done to fix, and why it won't again happen. I don't expect that to occur as the company hasn't ever exhibited transparency over the years with respect to the many problems which have plagued its products.

I spoke too soon. I noticed the sleep details from the night before last were again missing. In addition, the Fitbit App doesn't accurately reflect the battery charge level- and it's not even close (e.g., I currently have 89% charge life left after charging late yesterday yet the App reports 56%). I've noticed this disparity for the past couple of weeks.
Come on, Fitbit, fix your products!
