Hello @RebeccaARose and welcome to the Community.  The Charge 4 doesn't measure blood pressure.  No Fitbit can do this.  The Fitbit app doesn't give us a way to log blood pressure manually.  Please vote for and leave a comment on this request in the Product Feedback forum.  I strongly believe that this should be part of the Fitbit app.

Hello @RebeccaARose and welcome to the Community.  The Charge 4 doesn't measure blood pressure.  No Fitbit can do this.  The Fitbit app doesn't give us a way to log blood pressure manually.  Please vote for and leave a comment on this request in the Product Feedback forum.  I strongly believe that this should be part of the Fitbit app.
