Charge 4 not showing distance

About a week ago my charge 4 stopped recording distances accurately. Sometimes I get a very short distance, sometimes the distance is 0, even though I record regularly o er 10.000 steps.

Distance tile is on my dashboard. I use GPS during running my step length is set correctly.

I did not change anything, this error just occurred out of nowhere.

What can I do?

Our team is aware of the situation and is working on a solution to it. However, many users have now confirmed that they were able to fix it by entering the stride length themselves. It's worth a try until our team has worked on the solution.

I have the exact same issue as you.  I will do 12,000 steps and only register 0.08 miles.  It also happened at about the same time as you.  The issue must be with Fitbit's system. 

A couple years ago the GPS for bicycle mode stopped working on my Fitbit.  The distance and speed do not update.  

I hope this can be fixed soon.

Exactly the same issue…Right now more than 13,000 steps and 0.1kms as covered distance…

Moreover, the app stoped showing workout GPS pace rate/intensity maps!!!!🤬
