Charge 4 not showing sleep info in tracker

Hi All, I started to wear my new Charge 4 for 5 days now.

1st day, Apps doesn't have sleep data and sleep score.

2nd day same thing.

3rd day, 4th day and 5th day, Apps starting to give sleep data and sleep score however those two data doesn't sync to my Charge 4.

I rebooted my Charge 4 through:

1. Settings > About > Reboot Device and sync with the Mobile Apps. Result is still no sleep data and sleep score on my Charge 4.

2. While charging hold the button for 8 seconds and after that sync with the Mobile Apps. Result is still the same no sleep data and sleep score on my Charge 4.

Also I uninstalled my Fitbit apps on my mobile device (Samsung Galaxy Note 10+) and reinstalled and sync. Result also the same no sleep data and sleep score on my Charge 4.

Please help.

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the Charge 4. Regarding your warranty inquiry, please click here. If you didn't purchase the tracker from us, you should follow the warranty policy of the store where you purchased it from.

Hi Alejandra,

im having the same issue with my Fitbit charge 4. I get sleep data on the app on my phone but my charge shows two sections with no data. One is the sleep section, not sure what the other one is. Any suggestions on how to fix this.

The only thing you can do is reboot it.
Sometimes that works
This problem as been a problem for charge 3 , charge 4 for years

I just returned my watch and got a Garmin because Fitbit wouldn't do
anything for me.

Yep Fitbit are not great at looking after customers in the respect of the Fitbit not doing/or being capable of doing what’s it’s advertised as. I’m replacing my charge 4 with an Apple Watch.I’ve given up on the Fitbit thing entirely.

Same here. Are you on Android? Recent app update lost heart and sleep, making the app pretty much useless

 I have the same issue. My tracker has never displayed the sleep score. Has anyone had the experience of this being resolved with the latest FW being rolled out now?

I just installed the latest firmware for the tracker.  Unfortunately sleep data & score is still not being displayed.

It’s been an issue for years apparantly, I doubt they will ever actually put any effort into fixing it. Personally I would give up on it if I was you - I have.

My opinion if it’s less then 12 months old return it and buy a different brand
I’ve had the charge 3 and 4 and both have the same problem

Mine worked for 3 months, then they stuffed the Android app.

They need to fix it. Since I said something on here it's worked for 2 days
. I took the interval time off don't know if that had anything to do with
it or not
