Charge 4 not syncing heart rate for exercises

It was working but seems to have just stopped.  I have followed all instructions to restart mobile and charge 4 and switch blue tooth off and on again.  Have also reloaded the app.   Normally use the app to log exercise and then sync to get heart rate from charge 4.  Any suggestions welcome
