Hi I’ve connected my Fitbit charge 4 to strava though connecting the apps however every time I go for a run it is not logging the exercise on strava? Am I missing something Or doing wrong?
any help appreciated thanks

Please make sure that you have the latest updated apps (Fitbit an Strava)

Afterwards, please remove and restore the connection between accounts:
