I bought a Charge 4 last summer and a few weeks ago it stopper charging so they sent me a replacement. Every since I got the replacement I have not been able to sync weather or Spotify. The screen says try syncing, I sync it and it still says the same thing. My son linked the fitbit app to my Spotify acct, I checked the location for weather, I have rebooted it, nothing works. Also, last night I went to bed after 11:00 but this morning the fitbit app said I went to sleep at 9:47!
