Hi, if I use auto recognize it does not show my activity in detail on my Iphone app. I was only using the selected activity on my Fitbit- set on my wrist-(and turned off Auto recognize in my IPhone app) but am having trouble with it stopping throughout the activity. I have to restart the activity numerous times on my wrist. Any suggestions?

I noticed that last week you were in touch with Customer Support and due to this problem they offered to send you a replacement device. Are you having the same difficulties with the new Tracker?

Hi I have a question. I have not received my replacement but it is on its way. This question has to do with activities. This is still on my “old” Fitbit. I was playing Pickleball for 2.5 hrs, my Fitbit quit the activity (this has been one of the problems) after 2.5 hrs. I restarted it (I use tennis ) and played another 40 min. The 40 min one is the only one that recorded on the app. The first 2.5 hrs did not record so I could review. I like to review my activity on the app to see where my heart rate was, how much time was spent in each category, calories burned etc. I usually go for a walk later in the day too, it will not record that activity on the app. I still get the steps but it is not what I am looking for. This Fitbit used to record ALL activities in the day and show me. Now it only shows one. Is this a glitch? Fingers crossed my replacement watch works well. Thanks.

Thank you for being an avid Fitbit user for many years. Our team will do their best to send your replacement as soon as possible. I would recommend waiting for your replacement to see if your activities get registered as they used to.

I received my replacement this week, I am wondering if it is warranted for 1 year also even if it is refurbished?
So far, it is working great!
