Charge 4: not tracking steps, heartbeat or wrist movement

Hi, is what I am experiencing:

  • Step tracker not counting at all
  • Heart rate not tracked 
  • Screen does not turn on when rotating wrist
  • Able to sync battery life to phone
  • Firmware version: 48.20001.100.76
  • Heart Rate is on
  • DND is off
  • Sleep is off

Here's what I have done so far:

  • Reboot charge 4
  • Change clock face
  • Re-pair device
  • Let the device run out of battery and recharge it.
  • Remove user data from device
