My Charge 4 is just over 2 years old. The screen has gone blank and when I keep it on the charging station and keep hold of the side button it starts to vibrate and doesn’t stop. The screen still won’t turn on though. Any ideas on how to fix? It was working perfectly a few days ago 😫 is it beyond repair?

Thank you for sharing that you've having this inconvenience with your Charge 4 device. 

If you haven't done so already, please follow the steps listed here below that have been useful for other users experiencing something similar: 

  1. Complete restart procedure.
  2. Follow these steps in case you're having trouble to charge your device. 
  3. If it's still unresponsive, please try changing the clock face as well and check if you're able to see anything on the display.
