Change 4 just died, battery is fully charged, Un installed app, turned Bluetooth on and off and still nothing, tried contacting support but site isn't working properly anyone else having this problem, I use an Android phone.

As the Charge 4 "died", as you described, the Bluetooth troubleshooting you did wouldn't help.
Did you got an error message when you tried to contact Support?
