Hi! My charge 4 isn’t turning on. I try to hold the button for 8 seconds, put it charging and still no sign. The screen is all black

Hi! Yes, I tried all the steps and unfortunately none of them worked. I had to leave the watch on a store to see if they can fix it

Actually, Fitbit doesn't offer a repair service. I recommend you, if the store you bought it still has your device, to pick it up and contact our team via chat or call them. They'll be more than glad to get a closer look at your case.
