Charge 4 not vibrating when I get WhatsApp calls

Hello there!

As I said in the title, I have a Charge 4 paired to an Android phone running Android 11 (I can't get any newer software version). For the past hour I've been trying to get vibration notification on my Fitbit whenever I get a WhatsApp call but it's simply not happening.

It does vibrate for messages, I do have the Fitbit app running on the background, I do have banner notifications activated for WhatsApp, I did reboot my phone and the Fitbit watch, I just simply don't know what else to do. 

Any idea?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Charge 4. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

Currently, Fitbit devices don't notify of WhatsApp calls. There is a suggestion called "Getting WhatsApp and viber calls on Versa". You are welcome to vote it and if there is any update, it should be communicated as soon as possible.
