Charge 4 not vibrating when i get messages on my new Samsung A15 phone

I have a new Samsung A15 phone and have linked my Charge 4 fitbit but i am not receiving messages on my fitbit.

@ebiker , A warm welcome to the Community ! Thank you for your message. 

Just to confirm, as the title and the post are a bit contradictory! 
Do you receive the messages on the Charge 4 but it doesn't vibrate or you don't receive the notifications at all?

In the meantime, please swipe down on the Charge 4 and on the quick settings please make sure, that Don't Disturb (DnD) is off.  To change the setting just tap on it.
