Charge 4 not working at all

My charge 4 has totally stopped working. The screen is always blank other than initially when I plug it in to charge and the face appears then nothing. Won't sync to Bluetooth. Have tried resetting clock face, and connecting to laptop but still nothing. Have also done the hold in the side button reset - any other ideas? Thanks
