Charge 4 plastic piece that connects to band broke

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My band broke a few months ago (was sent a replacement) and now today the plastic piece that connects to the band just broke. I was disappointed when the band broke and now I'm just downright frustrated. After reading other comments about the same problem I can see this is a huge problem with the charge 4. I am seriously considering going to a different brand and I can't recommend to anyone to spend hard earned money on a product that I have no idea will last. I'm just left with a tracker that still functions but is rendered useless since it can't be worn.

If you have had your watch over a year, all customer service offers is 35% off a new device.  If you check Amazon you can find a band that your tracker fits in and you can use it.  Look for goseth .

Thanks for the info. I've had the watch for 1yr 2 months so I guess I'll be shopping around for a different brand watch. Not interested in having to buy a new watch from fitbit after only a year of wear (especially since this is obviously a design problem with using cheap plastic and a common issue for many). The plastic connector piece that connects the band to the device broke so unless I try to crazy glue it back together the watch is useless. Bye bye Fitbit!  I'll spend my money elsewhere.

How do you connect these bands to the fitbit, if the connector is what is breaking off the pebble?

You can't... I have superglued my band to the tracker...

ahh gotcha. i have heard a lot of people saying that they super glued it back together. Crazy that we spend so much money on a product that has be super glued together after only a  few month.
