Charge 4 "stuck"

I was tracking a walk this morning when Charge 4 would not respond to finish exercise.

I tried to hold the side button to turn off but this doesn't work.

The only thing that appears on the screen is cannot establish a GPS connection. Turning GPS off.

 

it is fully charged but I can't do anything with it.

Any ideas its less than 2 weeks old.

Just to confirm. When you tried to restart your Charge by holding the button pressed, was the tracker plugged to the charging cable and it to a energy source?
