Charge 4 recording sleep when i am not wearing ri

Suddenly my charge 4 started recording sleep when i am not wearing the tracker. I generally remove it after dinner and wear it before sleeping, its counting the entire time as I am asleep. Also it doesnt show me my sleep stages if this happens.

When you remove your Charge 4, and place it (to charge , on the table, etc) does it have something on the backside? Eg a bottle, a lamp, or anything, that might reflect the heart rate LEDs?

Do you have on the same surface, anything that may cause mini vibrations, as a fan, PC, etc?

This could make the Charge 4 "think' that it's been worn, and as it doesn't register any movement, register as you were asleep/

Have you tried restarting it?

Hi Juan. No I dint have anything near it. It way just laying down. I did try restarting as well.
