My Charge 4 used to vibrate to remind me to walk every hour, when I was earning zone points, and for milestones; now it doesn't. I've checked the settings and the vibrate setting is on and on 'strong', still nothing.
Also, a couple of days now my watch has said 9 of 9 active hours, but my app only says 8 of 9. How do I fix these problems? I've only had it not even 2 months.

Yes we are aware that the active hours dont always match up, this is not because of the type of tracker.
As for no vibrations, make sure your tracker does not have DND enabled.
If you haven't you may want to read the user manual.

Why is there a mismatch between my Charge 4 Fitbit and the iPhone app’s hourly activity goal sometimes.
