I just upgraded from a Charge 2 to the Charge 4. The reminder to move worked on the Charge 2, but is not working on the Charge 4. I have rebooted and cannot figure out why it will not work.

Didn’t work for me. I’ve just watched it go into the last ten minutes of the current hour and there was no reminder.
Apologies, I had do not disturb switched on!😖

Hi @CeeJayW and @SLM67. It's good to see you here.
@CeeJayW Thanks for joining this thread. Just to confirm, did you have the DND (Do not disturb) setting turned on? Note that when this setting is on, your tracker won't vibrate or turn on when receiving any type of notifications. I'd suggest pressing and holding your Charge 4 button, swiping left to access the quick settings screen and tap on the setting to turn it off. Then wait for the next hour and let me know if the reminders to move work.
@SLM67 I'm sorry the issue persists with your Charge 4, and I appreciate your efforts while working on this situation. This isn't the experience that we want you to have and in case you'd like to give one more chance to your tracker, please try getting in touch with our Support team so they can review your options and see what else can be done to help you with this matter. You can get connected with them via chat or phone by clicking here, and don't forget to let them know what steps you've tried.

I have had the same problem now with TWO different Charge 4s. They sent me a new one just recently (not for this problem, but, another) and this function on the new one is even more unreliable than the first one. I absolutely HATE this Fitbit & wish my old Charge never broke. A definite downgrade from the older versions. (YES my gear is on, YES my DND is off, YES my sleep is off).

Until I read this forum question, I was not aware that there was a do not disturb feature. Thank you for showing me how to change it. Not really sure how it got turned on in the first place but now I’m getting my reminders and all my notifications.

Hi there, @myskoskyn. @tchn1naz Welcome on board.
@myskoskyn Thanks for your efforts while checking the DND and Sleep Mode settings. I understand your point of view and I'm sorry you've had this experience with your tracker. Because your post didn't mention, have you made sure if the Reminders to Move are enabled on your replacement? Have you also tried restarting your tracker? If the issue persists after trying these steps, I'd suggest contacting our Support team so they can investigate and provide you with further assistance. Please click here to get connected with them via chat or phone.
@tchn1naz Thanks for taking the time to try the suggestions shared in this thread. I'm glad your Charge 4 is now receiving your notifications correctly and I hope you can keep crashing your goals!

Hi sstathas!
Have you checked your Vibration & Audio setting? I have my set on "strong". But, I find that even the "strong" reminder to move vibration is still too weak. I was told many months ago that they are looking into it.

Hi there, @sstathas and @Blessingtoyou.
@sstathas Thanks for your efforts while working on this matter. In addition to our friend's suggestion, as mentioned above, please make sure the DND and Sleep Mode aren't turned on, otherwise your watch won't receive any type of notifications including reminders to move. If by any chance the issue persists after doing that, try getting in touch with our Support team so they can see what else can be done to bring you back on track. Please click here to get connected with them via chat or phone.
@Blessingtoyou Thanks for sharing your thoughts about the vibration strength on the Charge 4. I understand your point of view and I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Fitbit constantly works to improve our devices and features, and the input we receive from our members is a big part of the process so rest assured your feedback won't go unnoticed.
