Hi all,
I ran into the ocean with Fitbit Charge 4 on. It was not submerged in water for more than a few minutes. After, the screen and side button were unresponsive and test call did not work (it no longer vibrates). HR sensor still works and I can still connect to my phone (it's still tracking steps and HR which is nice) and it's fully charged. Did the saltwater just damage the screen? I'm outside of the 1 year warranty. Any fixes or I'm just SOL? Thank you!

Was getting in stride with Charge 4. Took it on vacation to Aruba. One snorkel trip and a few days in the water and now my device won't charge. I get 5v on the pins on the cradle. Otherwise. No haptic feedback buzz when contacts hit .... worked great till battery power drained.
