My Charge 4 screen is fading. It started at the top, slowly worked it's way down, and now the top third is almost invisible. The battery charges up fine, I already checked the brightness setting, did a restart, and changed my clock face. Please help.

Sadly it looks like your screen is dying, 2 to 3 years seems to be the normal life, they do seem built to fail, at a low cost.

 

If your device is less than 12 months it still has warranty so call the support line (most not all countries).

Should it be older than 12 months then calling in maybe will get you a discount on a new one, but there is no guarantee that you will get the offer.
