Charge 4 screen has gone black

My Charge 4 screen has gone black, after trying all the solutions, including through the help desk, apparently there is nothing to be done. However, even though I cannot see anything on the screen it still vibrates and still works. So I unpaired it in the process of trying to get the issue fixed, but now I cannot see the pairing code to pair again.

Thanks for contacting our Support team, and trying some steps prior to posting. As you may know, the pairing code is needed to complete the set up process of your Fitbit device. I understand your Charge 4 screen is not working correctly, however, we currently don't have another way to connect it to your account.

I apologize for this inconvenience and my best advice is to use MobileTrack which allows you to track basic information using the sensors of your phone. For more details, see this help article.
